Work stages

1. Extracting quotations cards contained in the Basic bibliografy and lexicologically organising the file.
1.1. Precise consulting the meteorologist specialist.

2. Making the two lists of words corresponding to Ts and Tp, confronting them and their unification.
2.1. Precise consulting the meteorologist specialist.

3. Elaboration of the DFA editing directions(in Romanian) on the basis of some test articles: articles that are specific to each terminology and complex articles, that contain, through suitable lexicographical indexes, insertions from both lexical structures (Tp and Ts).

4. Redaction of DFA articles.
4.1. Revision, change-over, terminological and lexicographical correlation of articles.
4.2. Precise consulting the meteorologist specialist.

5. Redaction of the linguistic study that summarizes a series of dissociated chapters according to lexical subgroups.
Each lexical subgroup will pe pent by a member of the team.
The analyses will be accomplished:
a) on the basis of illustrative material contained in DFA;
b) will also include lexical elements outside this material, which are necessary in linguistic argumentation of various aspects that are considered: terms removed from the initial word list, after a preliminary analytical study; bound terms between different categories etc.

6. Structure of the volume:
I. Introduction
1) the situation of linguistic analysis regarding meteorological terms in general and atmospheric phenomena in particular;
2) explanation and presentation of matter of study: a) meteorologist's perspective, b) linguist's perspective;
3) lexicological selection criteria in the wide context of the studied terminology.
II. Theoretical options in the contemporary linguistics context:
1) scientific terminology;
2) popular terminology;
3) contrastiveness;
4) linguistic analyses situation at European and Romanic level.
